Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager assists in projects or issues such as and related to benefit comparisons, coworker training and development, communication with coworkers, preparing training documentation for coworkers, compensation analysis, unemployment issues, job descriptions, developing coworkers and counseling coworkers. Ensures consistency throughout the company in all aspects of safety to include, but not limited to policies, training and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the key HR business partner in support to transform the operation to be a clear competitive advantage in the marketplace focused on our customers and a desirable place to work for our employees, towards an employer of choice
Manages the Recruiting function to ensure a fully staffed workforce
Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent
Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the corporation
Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of coworker problems and provide recommendations to correct them
Analyzes training needs to design coworker development programs
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance
Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into human resource strategic and operational plans
Partners with coworkers and managers to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
Researches and recommends new approaches, policies and procedures in order to maintain continual improvement
Assists with wage data, verifying employment, garnishments, job descriptions, coworker relations, unemployment claims and staff meetings
Understands and interprets company, state and federal human resource policies and procedures
Monitors and maintains equipment
Establishes and monitors co-worker performance and developmental goals, assigns accountabilities, sets objectives, establishes priorities, conducts annual performance appraisals, and administers salary adjustments as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 3 years' experience in human resources or a related field
Knowledge and understanding of human resource laws
Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand
Ability to lead, offer ideas and direction, teach and coach others
Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to effectively respond to questions, concerns and complaints from department leaders, internal customers and coworkers
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
